Default Stock Pushrods and Springs?!?!?!

Okay, all i wanna know is what are the sizes on Stock Pushrods for my 98 SS and What Springs Stock too? Second Question, good strong replacements? Only major things planne din the future are mild cam and headers. Headers sooner than later and caml later than sooner, so for now, What would be good, I think i have a bent pushrod? Also, If not going back stock length on Pushrods, why? ANd long or shorter is better ? ANd WHy? Thanks

If you're gonna replace springs and plan on a cam just get 918 Comp Cams. You'll then be able to get a cam to .600 lift
Hardened p-rods 7.40
