oil pressure low
oil pressure low i just did a heads/cam swap and put in an ls6 ported high volume oil pump....well when i start my car the pressure is about 70 until it gets warm and drops a lil bit. when im drivin it can get down to 30 or even as low as 20. wtf is up. thanks

Have you actually checked the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge rather than the stocker? Try running something like 20-50 and see if that makes a huge difference. 70# startup is good, but under normal driving as long as its 10# per 1000rpm (ie 3k rpm = 30psi) you'll be fine. What happens when you rev to like 6000, does it jump to 70 again? Have you checked the o-ring on the oil pump, sounds a little like you're bleeding off oil pressure. Hope you find the culprit!
