Default Help!-- Low HP with no codes

I have a 2004 Corvette Auto with a stock LS1. I bought it used a few months ago and from the time I picked it up it seamed sluggish. I just took it to a local speed shop to have it dyno tested. Here are the disappointing results.

Max Power 174 @ 6000 RPM
Max Torque 180 @ 4000 RPM
A/F Ratio 14.7 up to 4500 RPM dropping to 11.6 by 5000 RPM then holding steady
Fuel Pressure 60 psi steady

The tech told me that the highest throttle position he saw was 60%

The PCM is not showing any codes and the car idles fine.

I’m taking it to the dealer on Monday because it’s still under warranty but I expect them to say that they can’t find anything wrong. Any ideas what might cause this problem? I would like to be able to ask the dealer to check something specific.

Thanks for the Help

I'd wanna know why the throttle doesn't open all the way. The throttle on this car is not cable actuated, I take it.

Yea, it's a drive by wire. I'd figure out why the hell throttle is only getting to 60%. Check your floor mats and make sure they're not blocking the pedal, check the throttle cable, etc. It's obvioulys something simple just gotta figure it out.... and then possibly make some higher numbers than a stock Honda
