anyone every stripped the bolt hole on the block and had to heil coil one? if so how hard was it and can it be done with out have to go to gm for the kit? just wanted to know seeing how one of mine is stripped and i might have to go that route. also any one know the thread pitch and size for it. i was told it was 12x1.75. tia all.

 

Easy out will be a better choice. Moving to Internal section.

 

well i found a kit to do the repairs from time sert a little steep but oh well.
