missing rocker arm needle bearings
missing rocker arm needle bearings BIG PROBLEM!!!! well drained the oil, and saw that i had a needle bearing in my oil. well tok the whole top end of the car apart, and couldnt find the rest of the bearings. i believe there is 40 on each rocker, and 18 of them are missing. the other 2 i have. would the oil pan be the next place to look, and is that the only place that they could have gone? Or could they have gone somehwere else in the motor? im guessing i will take the pan off next, and swap out the rod bolts while im in there.

probably on the oil plug or in the filter. A lot of rockers blow their bearings, you should be okay. grab what you can out of the motor and the rest will work their way to the plug or filter eventually.
