cam plans this is alittle bit ahead of the ball game but i just want to no to start thinking. i wanna go with a nice street set up cam. i have an a4 i no i gota go stall 1st. i prolly wanna go with like a 3600 yenk converter. i wanna try and have a converter by the end of September and get a tune after that. then save up for the cam. my question is u guys think i need to get my tranny built for a 224 or 228 cam set up. my buddy got his tranny built up but hes got a much bigger cam then wat im looking to go. also is it possible lets say to pass emissions with a 224 or 228 set up on a 111 or 112 LSA lets say. how much also do u think my bill would be including the tune for the cam. i was thinking like 1100-1200.
any thoughts would be appreciated

will you be doing all the work yourself? if not labors gonna cost you 700+.. youre not gonna need a built tranny (yet) until you start gettin up there in hp.. i dunno how strict emmissions are in pennsylvania but my guess is you'll be fine.. what exhaust setup do you have? thatll determine if you'll pass or not

, im glad my state doesn't have that crap! I was going to suggest the torquer form Texas speed, guys around the board have been saying, its a pretty good all around street cam. Now you had to throw the emmissions thing in

i will have a hooker catback pace setter headers ory and cut out on in about 2 weeks. hopefully not much longer. if i cant seem to find a way to pass emissions im just gonna screw it. let um catch me and ill pay the fine if they do. emissions an inspection anyway around this stupid area is 76 dollars. i think the fine is like 70 dollars a sticker. so w/e let um catch me iffffff they see
