Default Flycutting with 11 degree heads - any difference?

I'm still debating which cam to use in my project. I currently have a G5X3 on a 114 LSA sitting on my floor. I'm using ETP 215s milled to 59 ccs with a Cometic .040" gasket. I think I'm going to have to flycut just to be safe, but I was wondering if there is any difference in flycutting for an 11 degree head v. the stock head (it's 15 degrees right?).

I called ET and they said alot of times you don't have to fly cut. You might clay it up to see before investing in a flycuting tool.
when you go from 15 deg to 11 deg, the angle is better so you wouldn't have to fly cut near as much.
