Maximum Valve size?
We only go to a 2.020" and a 1.570" on stock seats. Going bigger on the intake there is not alot of material past the 45. I have seen in some cases, small pieces of the seat flaking off when using a valve almost the same size as the seat.

FYI TSP (PRC) stage 2.5's have 2.04 and 1.57 valves.
I see now what you are saying. 2.04 fits but not optimized. So a 2.02 would have the same results in that case.
