Tested my car last night with the leak down tester. Everything was fine until I got to cylinder 5. Set the tester @ 100 psi and had 85% leakdown. I had the valve covers off and you could hear the air coming out of the engine and you could smell the oil vapor as well. I'm gonna tear it down to see what happened but it looks like bad rings.

So I'm tearing down the engine tonight and looking to see what else i need to replace. Also looking at a 383 block from a friend of mine and if it's in good shape it's goin in the car. Now I just have to figure out if I'll be able to get the block out of the car with the heads off or if I have to drop it out the bottom. If I don't have to drop it I don't want to.
