408 Stroker project update... Guys,
Just thought I'd provide the latest report on my 408 build up. Last night, i put the windage tray on and the rod bolts "clinked" it as I cranked it over. I added approx .100 in clearance by placing left over ARP washers between the tray and the main cap stud.
Now, I need to make sure I align the oil pan correctly so that its flush with the tranny when I go to put it back on.
Anybody have a reference on where to find performance (new) motor mounts?

408 iron, forged bottom end(Eagle), Diamond pistons, LS6 CNC(Patriot) heads, Patriot Gold dual springs, Torquer2, true dual exhaust(flowmasters), LS2 intake, 10.75 SCR, 8.16 DCR....soon to be in my 2000 Silverado.
