priming motor????

before starting up a new motor how do you prime it with these motors?

the old motor you could just hook a drill to the distributor and spin it up but thats no longer an option

there is an oil galley plug at the left front of the engine. it requires a pressure luber and an adapter to fit the hole(M16 by 1.25 i THINK. don't quote me)

There is also an adapter that threads on where the oil filter goes, and uses a pressurized oil tank for priming.

Priming

When I did mine I pulled the plug wires off the coils, Then turned the motor over until I saw oil pressure. May take a few times but you should see it eventually.

I hope you pulled the fuel pump fuse, too!
