Engine cuts out

Engine cuts out
My engine cuts out at 3000 - 3100 rpms. It feels like a big ignition failure. I have checked the coils and wires(all wires to the coil) and they are all good. I have plenty of injector so I am not having a fuel problem. Any ideas would be helpful.
Also my idle now sticks at 2000 rpm after a few minutes of driving, after about 1 1/2 minutes it returns to normal. So I actually need a bunch of ideas.

Whats done to the car and who tuned it if it has? Mine did the same exact thing. Came to find out whoever did my bench tune had Boost management on? I'm not sure exactly what it means... Just have someone go through the settings. Probably just a stuck IAC or bad TPS. Have it scanned. Oh BTW, wrong forum. You want this in PCM Tuning and Diagnostics.

Everything is clean. I checked the plugs, wires, tps, maf, map, iat, iac, coils, all wire connections between the pcm and the coils. When it cuts out it doesn't set a code, then it just started to hold the rpm's up high. The high idle doesn't bother me as much as not being able to drive it without it cutting out. It acts just like it isn't firing on all cylinders.
