Default where to set shift points?

I have searched and frequent this board, but every graph is a little different. This is on a stock bottom end, stock 3.42 M6 LS1 - stock 346. I currently have the limiter set to 6600, and shift light at 6400.

It seems to be Cammed LS1 but if ya give us some more specs. regarding your Camshaft buddy ?

Based on your graph the 6400-6500 shift points is where they should be .

peace

even though it looks like your power drops off pretty rapidly at 6400-6500 alot of people shift their cars 200-500 past peak.have you tried something like a 6600-6700 shift point yet ?

sorry for lack of details, just was wondering based on peaks on the graph what some opinions would be. It a Comp grind, 230/230/114/114, full exhaust and bolt ons (M6). I have only run this with the limiter set @ 6600, shift light @ 6400, so I am probably shifting somewhere around 6500. Wasn't sure if I would see much gain by bumping this up to maybe 6600 or 6700 (shift). The valvetrain will handle it, just a little worried about the stock bottom end
