346-to a 383 stroker ..come in please

hi,i have an 04 GTO -LS1 and i was looking to build the motor for spray ....a couple of questions for you guys .

i know thats i have a 346 and i was looking at the lunati rotating assy.and it had a 383ci forged internals is this a good kit ?from eagle ..?
do i have to upgrade the heads/cam or anything else ...?
whats the avrage price shops are charging to install this rotating assy.?

any more useful info will be apreciated..

p?[EAGLE IS OK, BUT LUNATI AND CALLIE NOW THATS GOOD STUFF. You should do a heads a cam, and all the bolt ons, good luck.
