Hey guys!!

I just picked up another Camaro z28... 2000..

I want to actually build a motor for this one...

I want to do a 383 stroker.

I want it to be able to hold around 16-18 psi. (turbo)

Would it be a better Idea to buy one from a company, like the already assembled shortblock, or would it be better to get my own set-up and have someone build it for me??
