ideal heads with MS3/100 shot

I know I know..another head combo question...but I sold my 5.3 heads and i am starting over....i want to keep my MS3, now looking for heads...

I will spray a shot after all is said and done..probably 100 shot...

I have the 90/90 set up....looking for some heads that will go well and give me good numbers...

I also DO NOT want to have to flycut...unless I absolutely just have to
