Default Are the small, top headbolts reusable??

I just got a set of 1/2" head studs and I didn't know that they didn't come with the top smaller studs as well. Are the top row of smaller head bolts reusable? I don't think they're tty so I wasn't sure.

Good question... I have heard that they are TTY....

But... Why not reuse them for now and order new ones... as they are very easy to replace...

The M11 (bigger) bolts are Torque To Yield and should be replaced.

The M8 (smaller upper row) are regular bolts and should be torqued to 22 lb-ft. and are re-usable.
