I said at the top that I just put in new Comp lifters when i did the head swap and it didnt change a thing....

Ect sensor and knock sensors. Also check your sensor fuse in the under hood fuse box. I had a bad ect sensor and my car acted all sorts of stupid and I put a new one in (autozone) and it kept doing the same things so I swore it wasn't that but I was at the chevy dealer picking up parts for work and had them throw in a new ect sensor to just try it and it fixed all my problems.
