High RPM Rattle?
High RPM Rattle? Strange question for you guys ... I don't know if this is clutch chatter or something I need to be worrying about...
I have a 2001 Z28 M6 with 55K on it.... right around 4000rpm I hear a rattle ... I also hear a similar rattle when I first start the car up (i assume it was piston slap though)..
Does clutch chatter happen while in gear accelerating? or do i need to start saving for a rebuild?
Oil pressure is normal, and I have tried to accelerate in 6th gear and didn't see any clutch slippage.
Thoughts?
