Default please help me decide

I know this has been discussed, but i have a 2004 M6 GTO and i am looking to upgrade my cam and springs. My question is should i upgrade the rockers and pushrods as well? I am looking to get a 224/228 or 230/232. What would be the best for my application. And that application would be: I dont drive it everyday because my company gives me a car for work and work only. So i basically drive the car from thursday-Sunday. I wont drag it i just want to add a good amount of horsepower and want it to sound really good at idle and under power. Could someone please help me make some decisions before i buy. Thank you

Well at a minimum you'll need new springs and pushrods. You can reuse the stock retainers, locks and rockers. Be sure to get a tune pretty soon after the install it will be tough to drive without it.
