after i got tuned by jeremy the car was running GREAT...then out of no where it started to fall on its face in 2nd and 3rd. it will fall on its face for a little bit then pick back up and continue to pull HARD. i was running out of fuel on the dyno (108% duty cycle) and jeremy told me sooner or later the injectors are going to fail because i was pushing them so hard. well about 3 weeks after the tune it started doing what i said above. i have replaced plug wires, coils on one side (one coil fell on the header and got burned), fuel pump (stock to a 255lph), fuel filter, and i think thats it. i am out of ideas....in 2nd and 3rd it gets 3 degrees of knock retard between 4900 and 5200. could it be an injector?

 

From what I am bring told by my tuner, yes. Im going to install injectors with my H/C swap which I am currently doing. They are seing the cars LEAN WAY out at WOT because the stock injectors cant handle it. I would rather be safe than sorry.

 

ok took it for a ride today it did it once and then it didnt do it the next 3 times.....it only does it once and awhile.
