need help tuning for my Cammed car

need help tuning for my Cammed car I just had a cam installed along with long tube headers and a off road y pipe. My car is a 98 ls1 camaro A4. The cam i had installed was a 224/224 561 lift with a 112 lsa. Me and my buddies are having trouble tunning the car. The idle seems to be to high. Its idle is around 1100 rpms and when im cruising it doesnt go any lower than 1400 rpms until i come to a complete stop, then it goes back down to 1100 rpms. Also, when im cruising, it sputters. It seems like it wants to go and then die, and then go and die. If anybody has hp tuners for a 98 ls1 camaro and knows how to tune a car with my setup, or has already done a setup like mine, can you please send me the .bin file to my email address which is mrbustamove2003@yahoo.com.
