I opened the radiator cap and looked inside and there is like a red clay everywhere inside. Its stuck to the cap and caked all down through the radiator. Also I stuck my finger in the coolant and it wasnt the red color that dex coolant is, it was brown like oil. What is going on here?

 

either someone mixed in some of the green or it is just real old,it is supposed to last 100k miles but i wouldent keep it in more then 30k. just flush the system out until it is clear then refill with new.
