LM7 5.3 from Tahoe

Hi Folks,

I am new here and would like to know few things about a long block I just got out of a 2003 Tahoe.

It will be carbureted with the Edelbrock kit (this I already have).

What would be the best / recommended performance modifications for this engine?

I am looking to get from 350-400hp out of it.

cam, headers, underdrive pulley, there are about 89 billion which cam is best threads that you can sort through, it all depends on what you think is streetable.

I think that like 219 / 228 for example would be streetable. Good idle etc.

This engine is to be used in offroading so I am not looking for anything too extreme.

I´ll try and browse thru the which cam is best threads!
