A lid, LT's, ORY, catback, and a 125 shot (or less) will easily get you there. (and I'm assuming by N/A, you mean no turbo or blower)

If you want a stock seeming idle, get a proven cam, some good heads and some N20. Im not a user of the N20 but Im expecting 430-450 from my H/C setup. But you have to think that my cam aint passing as anything stock.

If you are M6> piece of cake.
AFR 205 heads and CheaTR cam with supporting bolt ons to give 1 exemple.

Well since "aspirate" means to suck in air and nitrous is unnaturally giving the motor more "air" to suck in, I would have to say that isn't naturally-aspirated...

A good head/cam combo with all the bolt-ons will get you there Like Predator said, a CheaTR cam from Thunder Racing will get you there.

+1 on the cheater cam and AFR 205's. Not only should the idle quality be close enough to stock, the wide LSA and longer exhaust duration will really help out if you do squeeze it later.

You could try that setup with stock manifolds and converters (that's what the cam was designed for) then decide later if you want to mess with headers. A quiet cat back like the SLP dual/dual will help too.

Well headers and catback just won't seem very stock, but the setup described should run pretty well.

You stole my propsed setup! Could probably get there even with a set of budget heads, assuming a good setup.

get a OHC V8 then

As has been mentioned it's all possible, but it'll cost. In fact for less money you could make more power, it would just be more of an animal.
