Default How to block the intake holes ( EGR)

Hi, i need to block the EGR hole on the top of my Intake, has anyone done this before? if so how etc..

rubber expansion freeze plug=cheap and easy.

You need a freeze plug. 1 7/8 size if i remember correctly.

Same idea as that, but it is a thick rubber disk sandwiched by two metal plates. It has a threaded bolt that goes through the center with a nut on top so that as you tighten the nut, the two metal plates squeeze together and the rubber piece expands to fill the EGR hole. I'll see if I can find a pic.

WAAAYy too big.

Buy a 35mm metal freeze plug for .59 at oreilly's or Autozone and it LOOKS way cleaner then the stupid rubber freeze plug with bolt in it.

I machined a plug out of aluminum, but there are companies that make a custom billet block-off plate. Sorry, don't remember their name.

can anyone comfirm that your feeze plugs are the same as our core plugs?? and the size im reading a few different sizes,

If you still looking for one we sell a billet aluminum block off plate that just bolts down in place of the tube. You use the 10mm bolt that was used to hold it down on the plate.

That would be the easiest way to do it.
