Need some tools

Where can I buy a kit to degree my cam and a pushrod length checker??? Scoggin Dickey has a pr length checker but it is only good for 7.5-8.5...........I have a 7.4 pr now and may need shorter ones.

Thunder has the pushrod length checker and comp and crane both have degree wheel kits.
