Alright car is a 98 Z28 with few bolt-ons, currently my DD. I was having some fun with some friends and decided to make a few runs one night. At the top of 2nd gear going into 3rd my friend said that I shout out decent sized blue flame s out of the exhaust! Now I now i'm running rich but i didn't know that I was that rich! I have no EGR or AIR or PCV, but I am not sure which one of these or if all of the things are the reason for running like this. My guess if that the tune is off with the LTs and ORY and !EGR, !AIR, but I was curious if this can be solved by getting a dyno tune or having to put on EGR and AIR again. My mpg is also under 20 on the street and around 20 on the freeway... any input is appreciated! Thanks!

Running rich can and will certainly cause all of that. A tune should take care of everything.
