patriot valve spring question?

i have a set of springs, the only thin is that i dont have all the components with them. what will i need to get to install them, retainers, locks seats, or just the retainers?

You'll need retainers, spring seats, get the locks while you're at it and a new set of seals.

can patriot seats and retainers be used with 921 springs???
