i want to throw a cam in my car. i want increase in power across the board.

i want to leave the internals otherwise stock than the cam.

and ofcourse i want the largest increase in power that my stock internals can handle.

i will be getting a tune of course.

First get bolt ons like headers (stall if auto) etc.....

 

Youll also need valvesprings and pushrods otherwise the stock cam is the biggest cam your internals can handle.
