I could definitely do it in 5 hours, depending on whether or not the heads are assembled or not. It took me about 2.5 or 3 hours to pull my heads and clean the block/bolt holes, and the rest was just putting it back together. It gets much faster to do with practice.

 

11HRS and i did engine mounts that were a bitch and power tools help a lot
