5.3 or 6.0 243 heads on a cammed LS1

5.3 or 6.0 243 heads on a cammed LS1 I'm trying to decide on which route to go with. I'm running a Thunder Racing TRaK cam, Fast 90, NW 90, Comp 921s, LTs, ORY, TCI 3800....etc..
I'm trying to decide which setup will be the best overall. I don't want to do any milling of the heads - I need to watch the P2V clearances with that cam. Do I increase CR or do I increase airflow? What will complement the 90/90 setup the best?
I plan to keep it N/A for now - maybe some nitrous in the near future. I just feel that the stock LS1 heads are holding me back.

how will you increase the compression when you cant really safely mill the heads or get a thinner head gasket because of P2V? I was looking at this setup with 243's for the last few weeks but changed my mind on the Trak cam and to get somtihn a little more torquey (futral F14).
