The part number is 12561182,I did a search but all I could find was that 12561184 was a ls6 manifold.

The LS6 GM Part Number is (casting) 12561182/4/(assembly) 17099289.

It's from the 2001-2002 LS1/6 motors.

So its a LS6 intake manifold thats great! I just got it for $150.00 how much extra hp do they give you?
