Default heads how lomg to install(F-body)

I was thinking of adding heads here real soon when I get afully built trans(A4).I was wondering how long does it take on a F-body.What will I expect to pay for labor?

Alldata Calls for 15.5 hours (rated for and ASE cert. tech.) for lifters which requires head removal. That would equal well over $1,000 in labor by most shops labor rates...

I would say 10-12 hours if they know what they're doing. It takes me about 3 days of working on mine about 5 hours each day and in no way do I rush. So I'd say it'd take me 12 if I was on a mission so it should really take a mechanic less time.

Thanks for all your replys I have all the bolt ons and cam and gonna get afully built tranny soon and thought about adding heads or nitrous.Nitrous would be alot cheaper to install the only thing is my verter does not have anti-balloonig plates.What do you guys think?
