MS3 cam install new codes (C5)

MS3 cam install new codes (C5) Ok I have gotten a few more codes after my cam install the new ones are P0300 and P1153. I have LG streets also for more info. I know the That the P0300 is engine misfire probably do to the MS3 install, and the P1153 H02 insufficient switching. My question is will the Cam cause these codes? The LT's have been on the car for like 7,000 miles and I have never gotten the P1153 code before the other day when the cam was finished. IS it just that the 02 is bad or can they have been crossed? Lastly will either one of these codes prevent me from getting tuned this coming week?

I learned that the missfire is just cause the cam needs some timming advance down low wich is done by the tuner. So it is tunable with the 02's going haywire? How do you tell if the 02's are bad and need replacing or if they are just slow switching cause they are further away cause of the long tubes?
