Default 6.0 buildup question

I just recently purchased an iron block 6.0 03 model. first off this is going in an airboat. I wanna build it with a flat torque curve. looking to get around 450-500 hp and 500 ft lbs torque. Planned on running the edelbrock ls1 intake and ignition box to fire the coils. any ideas? thanks.

The torque curve will climb a fair amount with any decent sized cam around 3k. Pick something with a higher LSA, decent lifter (.600 and below), good set of heads (205cc AFR's or comparable) and high 220's, low 230's as far as duration.
