Default need HELP!!!

last i was driving and was doing about 80 in 3rd and shifted back down to 2nd on accident and then it was only for a few seconds and then i pushed the clutch back in, it started to lose power so i turned it off.... so when i got off the freeway i turned it back on and it was fine... i got home and it start running rough around 800 rpms... then the service engine light came on... i went to autozone and the code was a p0303 miss firing number 3... so someone please help i'm a little scared to drive it now, cause i cleared the code and it came back at idle.... it runs fine when i'm gasing it but at idle it runs rough....

Pull the plug on #3 and look to see if it has any damage.

If it comes back check your push rods to see if one is bent.
