What size?

does anyone have the part number or know which size Cometic head gasket to get for a 99 LS1 engine?

are there any advantages to getting a different thickness thinner or thicker?

Check SDPC I got my MLS gaskets form them I don't know the part # you need but they have the cometic gaskets .

The thinner gasket will give you a higher compression ratio and vise versa
