I've lost a cylinder at 80k miles. Its compression is 1/3 of the others. The car had only been to the track a handful of times and only has been sprayed twice, a 100 wet shot.
There are no guarantees once you start playing on how long a stock bottom end will last. My cam and headers came at 60k miles and the heads at 68k and I have 80k now. I exceded 500 rwhp maybe twice with the n2o shot on the dyno. Couldnt tell tires broke free. I have to replace it now. There are others who pump 500 rwhp all the time and have no issues. I changed my oil regularly w/Mobil1 until I went to Amsoil.
Cam is only a tr224 112 lsa engine was rev limited to 6300 rpms.
You just never know with a factory built engine.
