Question about installing Rockers

Question about installing Rockers I'm gonna have my shortblock put together by a local machine shop and I was gonna install the heads/rockers/lifters/pushrods.
I had the stock rockers sent to harland sharp and rebuilt by them with their bearings, so they are adjustable rockers or anything. My question is, is there a certain way to install these that I should know about? Any special lubricants or just 10W30 motor oil? I've never assembled anything in the motor before. Thanks!

I use the Redline assembly lube on the top of the valve stem and the rocker to ensure lubrication when you start it. Sounds like the engine is out of the car, so you might want to pull the valve covers before you start it and squirt oil into the rocker fulcrum and on the valve stem so the seals arent' dry. I also shoot some down the pushrods to make sure the bottom end of the pushrod is in a little pool of oil as well.
Don't use RTV on the rocker threads, use Permatex #2 from NAPA. If the heads are milled, you only need permatex on the intake bolts. For all 16 bolts, use a dab of blue loctite under the head of the rocker bolt (I'm assuming you got the new hex bolts from Harland Sharp).
