Adnan,
I think the problem that your trying to describe is that your car stalls "shuts down" after you close the throttle at high rpm's in 5th gear?

If so, 6,200 rpm is like 145+ mph in 5 th gear I would say a factory speed limiter may be causing this.

Adnan,

If you didnt bump your rev limiter up then you are hitting your stock rev limiter which is set at 6,200. All it is doing is cutting the fuel off so you dont over rev the engine. You can increase the rev limiter a few different ways with either LS1 Edit,or some thing like the HPP3. Must be nice going that fast over there. I've only did that one time and i changed my underwear right after. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />

What of kind gas prices you seeing over there? Don't you guys have around 100 octane at the pump?

P.S. I almost crapped my pants when I hit the limiter in my brothers 95 Z28. The limiter was at about 110mph on his and I hit so hard it actually coasted to 120. With the leather seats you can squeegee the poop right off and I very nearly had to.

I just saw your other post. That answered my questions. 98 OCTANE!!!! I could run 11.1:1 comp with a few pounds of boost daily. You definately need to take advantage of that.
