by the way it looks i have some major problems
well, i have been modding the **** out of my car this year and driving the **** out of it too. it has around 135k on her, and to me runs good. This year i did a MS3 cam, ported 5.3's Ls6 intake 36lb's and i didnt take any short cuts in the cam install. car went 13.0 at 110 stock tune stock gears and stock stall. the i put a stall in it, 3.23's cutout Off road y pipe, still in the 13's....
So then i decided i may have some major problems. i did a compression test and found this
#1 145
#3 137-8 ish
#5 140
#7 135
as for the other side i said screw it, i was pissed enough already...
the car went 13.4 at 104 with a cutout and a HPP3 and 2.73's. so i dont know what has happend but the motor is weak....
anyone have any other idea's??? thanks guys

Your compression test on those cylinders looks decent to me. It is very rare that they will ever be exactly the same. Check the other side. Could be a converter issue or a tuning issue, get a real tune w/ HP Tuners - EFI Live - or LS1 edit. What were your trap speeds before and after?

you have heads and cam on the car and it's in the 13's? There's somethign very very wrong, you're abouyt 2 seconds slower then it should be... what are teh 60 foot times like? Even if they are terrible, your mph is even worse.
Get that car to a shop with a good tuner and a dyno, se what it's doing... something is very very wrong.

i bought the converter used off ebay and it was junk. so i sent it back to PI and had them go through everything. i spent over $350 so get it rebuilt. i told them to make it a 3800 and its dead on. but the more i drive it the more it feels like its way too loose. i am putting my headers on and true duals.
i have had 1.8 60 foot time on street tires.... then after that it feels like it just lays over....
any other idea's....
