Default Stock Pushrods

Is there any advantage in using aftermarket pushrods? Ive got a .595/.595 221/221 116 Lsa camshaft on stock pushrods. The valvetrain has been slowly getting louder, are the stock pushrods bending???

You didn't say what trans you have, but if you miss a gear in an M6 car, the result can be bent pushrods. The aftermarkets are stronger.

call me crazy, but wouldn't a bent p/rod be better than more severe valvetrain failure. A reputable shop here in DFW ran that by me once.He says they use stock p/rods a lot. He'd rather have one bend than tear up a rocker or valve, etc. Kinda makes sense, but I would to hera some input on this as well, always open to good advice. I have hardened comp cams p/rods in my forged 355 sbc(awaiting new home<p7-02 wrangler perhaps)

The main reason i asked this question is becuase the valve train noise in my motor has been getting louder and louder it seems to get really bad between 3-4k rpms...
