All aluminum blocks can be repaired. Hone the block to 3.904-3.905. Alot of aftermarket pistons are designed for this size. Eagle has a kit for 383 ci. 4" stroke, 6.200" rod with a JE flat top. Its a great foundation for any combination.

slo_240sx or something along those lines knows about the mod. you could do a search or make a post, thats what id do
