Trying to get my car tuned this weekend. Was being done with efilive roadrunner. Cars tps says its at 2% at idle. Only 6 cylinders are firing. My dash lights were pulsing in and out. Everytime my car shuts off the fuel pump primes again. Just a bunch of crap. So what is your input?

Bad ground? Any idea

Also i'm only getting 10 volts on my battery and it's brand new.

We're going to put a charger on the battery tomorrow and and check to see if all the cylinders are getting spark or not.
