Simple LS1 question

Simple LS1 question I just got the motor running last night and it screwed up this morning. What is the rev limit on these motors? Allen tuned mine but my gauge only goes to 6k and if feels like it is going about 6200 or 6300 rpms.... is that safe for the motor?
