How do these plugs look...

How do these plugs look... They are TR6's and have about 6-800 miles on them or something like that with the latest tune. What do ya think? I'm certainly no plug analysis expert.
i know if they are really white they are lean... and if really black its to rich. i think they look good to me, but im no plug expert either haha.

Yea, I mean, they look pretty good to me. I just wanted some input from others as well in case I'm missing something.
BTW, my stft's are a bit negative according to my interceptor gauge but my ltft's are zero.

That's just an illusion in the picture as there was a dark spot in the cement ground perfectly situated under the gap between the electrode and head 
All of the gaps were fine.
I forgot to mention that the order of the plugs are (as laid out in the pic):
