Compression - milling, flycutting

Compression - milling, flycutting I need help planning my setup. I will be using Livernois LS6 heads (243 casting) with stock sized valves. Using a G5X3 on a 112 LSA. I will be milling my heads and flycutting my pistons. I bought the 2 1/16" flycutter. My questions:
1 - do I need to flycut for the exhaust valve, or just the intake?
2 - how deep is a good starting point for flycutting on this cam?
3 - how much volume will I be removing from the pistons?
I need to balance it so that I get the equivalent of 59cc combustion chambers if you get my drift. Like say I mill .030" off the heads, that gives me 59cc chambers. But if I flycut 2cc out of the piston, I then only have the equivalent of a 61cc combustion chamber.
