and what engine is it in, that cam in a 346 is a very big cam, streetable is an opinion but I have a T-rex and I dont find is very fun to drive on the street, which is why i just bought and F14, that car will not be able to be driven below 2K RPMS and will not make huge pawer untill 4-4500K + RPMS.

Well you should drive a car with a bigger cam first. That will help you determine. Looks like a cross between a G5X2 and G5X3.
Nitrous. It is hard to tell if that would be a good nitrous cam based on the specs you gave out. I wouldn't worry about it being too nitrous taylored unless you are spraying a retarded amount (200+).
Just eye-balling the specs looks like it might have about 18° of overlap. It is probably a choppy mother at idle.
