I have a guy wanting to trade his 99 c5, for my 01 ss..The vette is nice,red, m6, and z-5 suspension..it also has 49k on it...mine has the motor in the sig, only 1 month old...what would it take to get the vette to where the ss is?.I only need a rear end, and some slicks for the ss... just wanted some thoughts and oppinions..

 

If you dont trad him them I will , but i think you car might be worth a little more

As for power, if its not a z06 then the Stock HP is about the same as the F-bodies, so whatever you spent on your car, I would guess you would have to spend pretty close to that agian on the vette to get the power the same.

But then agian, on resale value the vette would probably still sell for more, maybe around 21-22K, and you would have to find a very interested buy who is looking for exaclty what you have to get 21-22K
